Appointments

Appointments are available in person at Soleil Health Medical Centre and via telehealth where clinically appropriate.

You can book an appointment by contacting the practice directly by phone or email.

Before your appointment

  • You can self-refer, or attend with a referral from your GP or another health professional.
  • If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for therapy sessions.
  • Appointment information and intake forms will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

Location

Tranquil Psychology Perth consults from within Soleil Health Medical Centre: Shop 3, 40 Marine Parade, Cottesloe WA 6011

Parking

  • Marine Parade (free parking directly along the street in front of the clinic; some bays are time-limited, signage is posted)
  • Gibney Street (additional free parking just around the corner)
  • Warton Street (further free parking within a short walking distance)

Public transport

  • Train, Mosman Park Station is the nearest station, within walking distance.
  • Bus, local bus services stop nearby along Marine Parade.

Cancellation policy

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • 48 hours' notice or more: no cancellation fee.
  • Less than 48 hours' notice: a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee may apply.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance: the full consultation fee may apply.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Cancellation fees may be waived in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of practice administration.

Telehealth appointments are available where clinically appropriate.
